New Recognition Position For Star Diamond & Above

As a recognition for Star Diamond (SD) and higher ranking leaders who produced 1, 3, 4, 7, 9...& 19 Star Diamond (SD) lines, the following new positions will be implemented with effect from 1 May 2007.
