AND CONDITIONS AND CODE OF ETHICS

DXN INTERNATIONAL (AUST) PTY
LTD
All
Members are legally classified
as "distributors"
although there is no obligation
to actually distribute products.
These
rules are for the protection
of members and the businesses
they may create.
This
document is an overview of 'DXN
Distributorship Rules and Regulations'
and subject to the laws of Australia.

|
The
applicant should be 18 years old
and above. |
|
2
|
A
person may not sponsor their spouse;
a married couple may not join as
separate members under the same
upline. |
|
3
|
Membership
may be refused or terminated if
an applicant is involved with an
illegal organisation or is found
to have a criminal background. |
|
4
|
The
Member is independent in nature
and is not in any way an employee
of the company. |
|
5
|
The
Member should not use the Logo and
Slogan of the company in any printed
material including personal letters,
without written permission of the
company. |
|

|
A
distributor can sell anywhere. Claiming
of territory or area is not allowed. |
|
7
|
An
applicant may have only one membership
at a time |
|
8
|
A
Member may not transfer from one
upline to another, unless he/she
first resigns, waits 6 months, and
then applies to join again under
the new sponsor. |

9
|
A
Member may not attempt to recruit
another member's downline, to recruit
DXN members for another company,
or to sell a competitor's products. |
|
10
|
Membership
will be refused to any person who
has attempted to harm the image
of the company. |
|
11
|
If
a membership is terminated, all
downlines remain in place, and all
benefits pass to the immediate upline. |
|
12
|
A
membership, including all its downlines
and benefits, may be transferred
by will, sale or gift, allowing
that the company approves in writing.
Approval will not be unreasonably
withheld |

|
Distributors
are bound to follow the DXN International
(Australia) Proprietary Limited
Code of Ethics. |

|
Refund
Policy (Exerpts
from DXN
Distributorship Rules and Regulations)
(a) DXN will honor refund policies
provided by any state or federal
law applicable to consumers including
when the product :
(i) Has a serious
fault that you couldn't see or weren't
told about prior to purchase.
(ii) Doesn't match
the sample you were shown.
(iii) Is different
to how it was described.
(b) In the event that a customer
requests for a refund, the distributor
who sold the products should refund
the purchase price and return the
product or unused portion to
DXN with a reasonable explanation
within 14 days from date of purchase
along with the customer's name,
address and phone number. DXN will
replace the
products returned to the distributor.

|
The company reserves the right to
terminate the membership of a member
who violates company Rules &
Regulations and The Code of Ethics.
Such termination shall be without
compensation of any kind to the
member but without prejudice to
the Company's right to institute
whatever legal proceedings are deemed
necessary for the recovery of any
sum, for loss of prestige or goodwill
suffered by the company due to the
actions of the said member.
