 CUSTOMER SUPPORT SYSTEM: NEW GENEALOGY AND GPV ENHANCEMENT

DXN is pleased to inform of a new enhancement to Customer Support System (CSS) for inquiries regarding Genealogy and GPV report.

The new GPV report, effective from September 2008 bonus, will upload Monthly GPV report by the 24th of each month following monthly bonus processing. The report header names remains unchanged.

Features and benefits of our new enhanced report are:

1) GPV report will enable an upline to view all downlines with bonus from previous month and PGSV or DGSV that are not zero for the month.

2) Distributors can filter the report by required generation.
Example: Distributor can select the generation range on 31 to 35 from drop down list.

3) Paging feature separates the report, to shorten loading time.
The page number is at the bottom right hand corner.
When page number is clicked, system will display the records allocated in that page.

4) Distributors can select the number of records to display in 1 page; this is easy
for reference and tracing names. This option can be found under “Records per page(s)” drop down list.

Customer Support System for Star Agent and above

As previously announced in July News, E-statement in Customer Support System (CSS) for Star Agent and above will be launched as part of an extension of services to our valuable members to enable you to view local bonus statement up to the past four months and also to create enquiries.

To register: Please visit http://inquiry.dxn2u.com and click on "Registration for Members", have you Member ID number, Sponsor ID number, your Date of Birth, Address, e-mail and Phone Contact Numbers ready.

CSS New Enhancement

INTERNATIONAL BONUS STATEMENTS


Effective from 15th February 2008, members will be able to view International Bonus Statements of their International Downlines, set out in the same format as the regular bonus statements that are sent out each month.

To view your statement, log onto CSS:

1 Click on "Inquiry" and select Bonus Statement
2 On the next screen, please re-enter your password and click "next"
3 Select the country you wish to view from the drop-down menu available
4 Click on "view" and the month required

NOTE:

· Members can view bonus statements up to the past 4 months.
· Only the countries to which you are entitled to receive International Bonus will be shown.
· The system can only allow members to click on the months for which he/she are entitled for bonus.
